Step by step liquid liner
Apply your eye shadow before your liner. If you are applying a clean line then just sweep a light touch of foundation over your lids and fix with powder to create a perfect base.
Start with a fine line on the inner corner and sweep the product sideways along the base of the lashes. The line needs to graduate in thickness in order to be flattering. In order to avoid the line being too thick at first angle the brush towards the root of your lash it make it fine. Finish the line at the end of your lashes, then decide which look to create.
You can either sweep it out for a more feline finish, or lift up to create a flick.
If you are nervous sketch a line with a soft kohl pencil first to get the perfect balance the fill in with the ink. If you make a mistake or need to sharpen the point of the flick, then dip a cotton bud in eye makeup remover and correct where needed.
